Our promise: Every Cigador® is inspected before it ships. Not the right fit? Return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days for a refund. If it arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it, no hassle.

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once your order has been placed. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status of "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please contact us at bperkins@thecigador.com.
Order Shipment
We currently ship only in the United States. For shipping outside of the United States, please send us an inquiry.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. We offer expedited shipping options.
Returns
30-day returns: Not the right fit? You can return any unused Cigador® in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email bperkins@thecigador.com with your order number.
Essential Collection (engraved): Because each Essential piece is personalized just for you, engraved items can't be returned. If your piece arrives defective or damaged, we'll exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged items: If any Cigador® arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Lost Orders
The Signature 70/70 LLC organization is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking info when shipping back your return items.
