General Questions
Each Essential or Premium Cigador is custom-made, and due to naturally occurring wood grain and pattern variation - no two are alike. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the wood type, but the grain pattern and color shown in the images are for illustrative purposes only.
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking information. The email will come from info@thecigador.com, so please make sure to check your junk or spam folders if you have not received the confirmation email.
Changes can be made to non-customer orders (i.e., standard product with no engraving or custom wood/finishes) prior to shipping.
Custom orders will be confirmed with the customer prior to any work being completed; however, all sales are final once production begins.
To make changes to your order, please send an email to info@thecigador.com ASAP.
Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.
