The Essential Series pairs the precision Cigador® aluminum core with a hand-turned hardwood sleeve, finished in the USA, then personalized with your engraving. Groomsmen, client gifts, milestone birthdays: this is the one that stays on the desk, not in a drawer. Patent pending.
How personalization works: specify your text or upload your artwork at checkout, and we’ll confirm the design with you before production begins.
Details:

- Built-in hygrometer styled like a luxury watch face
- Removable hydrating cap: add distilled water or humidity solution to dial in moisture
- Fits cigars up to 60 ring gauge, cellophane wrapper can stay on
- Made to order. Ships in 1–2 weeks after design approval.
Our promise: Every Cigador® is made to order and inspected before it ships. Because each Essential piece is engraved just for you, it can’t be returned. If it arrives defective or damaged, we’ll exchange it within 30 days, no hassle.
Order Status
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once your order has been placed. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status of "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please contact us at bperkins@thecigador.com.
Order Shipment
We currently ship only in the United States. For shipping outside of the United States, please send us an inquiry.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. We offer expedited shipping options.
Returns
30-day returns: Not the right fit? You can return any unused Cigador® in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email bperkins@thecigador.com with your order number.
Essential Collection (engraved): Because each Essential piece is personalized just for you, engraved items can't be returned. If your piece arrives defective or damaged, we'll exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged items: If any Cigador® arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Lost Orders
The Signature 70/70 LLC organization is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking info when shipping back your return items.
